Pet Policy


 Our company wide pet policy is one pet per unit, it is an additional $25 per month for the pet and we have a $200 refundable pet deposit. Dogs are limited to 35lbs or less in the unit that allow dogs. 




What is the Security Deposit? Security deposit is the same as one months rent and is due within a week of application being accepted.

Do you have an application fee? Yes, our application fee is $30 per person and is due when you turn in your application.

Can you send me interior pictures? Sorry, we do not do interior pictures. We feel that it is a security risk to our current tenants.
